Because we are the warehouse/fulfillment division of Hero Games, DOJ Logistics maåintains contact with all major and most minor distributors in the tabletop games industry, dozens of retail stores, and hundreds of individual game enthusiasts, all of whom will be made aware of your product releases. We also have a network of reliable and fair reviewers who can be counted on to give impartial reviews of your products. Although we cannot promise that your products will be picked up by distributors or individual retail stores, we will keep them apprised of your product releases with a monthly mailing. Additionally, both distributors and reputable retailers will receive a complete catalogue of your products quarterly.

As a DOJ Logistics client your products will be made available for sale through the popular website www.herogames.com. With over 1,500 regular posters and thousands of dollars worth of product sales each month, our popular website is a major destination for gamers on the web. We will also announce the release of your products on the main page of our website as part of our weekly update. Additionally, as a proud member of the Game Publishers Association (www.thegpa.org), Hero Games will upload your new product releases into the GPA Press Exploder, where it will be distributed by email to subscribers that include tabletop game fans, manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.

CONVENTIONS AND TRADE SHOWS

Your products can be made available for sale through the Hero Games booth at three national and at least five regional consumer conventions annually. Additionally, DOJ Logistics attends GTS - the Game Manufacturers Association Trade Show - the tabletop games industry’s largest gathering of manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and members of the press. At your request we will represent your company at this important and influential show.

INVENTORY AND STAFF

Your products can be inventoried every 15 days, once a month, or quarterly depending on your businesses’ individual needs. The DOJ Sales and Logistics manager is available by phone, email, and text-messaging to answer your questions during standard West Coast business hours.

SERVICE LEVELS

Whether you’re a single product startup or an established presence in the industry, DOJ Logistics is dedicated to providing you with quality services at prices you can afford. We offer several attractive levels of service depending on your company’s needs:

Level One: Simple Storage
DOJ's secure storage facility in the heart of the Black Rock Desert is ideal for storing books and games. If you’re keeping products in your residence, we can free up your home for its intended purpose - living. If you’re renting storage space, we can probably save you significant sums of money. DOJ Logistics will store your product safely and securely for just $15 per pallet per month. Initial set-up and check in is free. Boxes can be shipped out, either to you, to shows and events, or directly to customers for a per-order handling fee of $1 plus $0.20 per unit in the order.

Level Two: Storage, Shipping, and Representation
At Level Two, DOJ will not only store your product for you, but handle all of your shipping to customers, whether through individual direct sales, retailers or hobby distribution. The handling charges are the same as above, and all shipping is done directly pass-through; however, if we can consolidate your orders with existing shipments to the same locations, DOJ will only charge you a proportional percentage of the overall shipping costs, frequently saving you big bucks! It's up to you which sales we handle- DOJ will work directly with you to figure out what combinations will fill your needs perfectly.

Furthermore, at Level Two there are other possibilities for increasing your sales. DOJ can offer your product direct to customers through our own proprietary web store, which gives you direct access to thousands of discriminating game buyers. Also, DOJ can represent your product at the various conventions we appear at right alongside our own Hero material, such as Gencon, Origins, PAX, Dundracon, Kublacon and more. In both cases we take a 40% sales commission and charge no handling or additional storage fees for the product you give us to sell for you.
